Hello there my name is Juan Felipe Gil and I believe that working under pressure is one of the best ways to find creativity and discover new ideas.

I have many skills in web design including knowledge in UX/UI, html, css, javascript, some CMS (content management system) like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, Sharepoint, DNN, and Bootstrap. I am also an expert in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Premier, and Aftereffects.

I am originally from Medellín, Colombia. There, I worked for the government at the Communications Office of the Department of Antioquia where I was in charge of building and maintaining the website along with campaign strategies.

Prior to working for the government, I worked remotely as a web and graphic designer for an email marketing company in Miami, Florida. I helped design their website, email marketing templates, and seasonal promotions. I also worked with a team of engineers and managers in several countries including Afghanistan, India, Romania, and the United States.

I love challenges. I am confident in my abilities to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills very easily. If there is something I am new or unfamiliar to, I teach myself the necessary tools to accomplish the task at hand. For example, I am a publicist by profession, but there came a day I wanted to create a website, so I taught myself how to do so.

I’m very passionate about my projects and I pay keen attention to the details. I can turn the ordinary into extraordinary. I use my skills to develop your ideas into a unique brand and/or logo. I know how to execute and construct from concepts to completion.
